• Handling the end-to-end complete corporate IT Recruitment life cycle and selection process.
• Recruiting highly technical skilled candidates for different positions for leading Global IT MNC companies in all India locations.
• Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates and walk-in drives at various locations and follow up with them effectively so that they do not back-outs if any.
• Working Experience with different modes of employment requirements such as Permanent, Contract, and Contract-to-hire…. Roles.
• Attending Co- ordinations for walk-in drives for conducting interviews with the candidates at client places.
• Sending mass emails & Job postings for the requirements in Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and Social Network site Linked in for getting responses from the candidates to fill the positions As soon as possible.
